FinNomy provides professional services including accounting, financial management, compliance, tax and wealth planning, business advisory, valuation, and strategic services, as described on the website or agreed through written engagement.
Actual scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees shall be governed by a specific Engagement Letter / Service Agreement executed between FinNomy and the client. In the event of any inconsistency, the Engagement Letter shall prevail.
Clients agree to: Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents; Cooperate with FinNomy and assigned professionals; Ensure legality and authenticity of documents provided; Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
FinNomy shall not be responsible for delays, errors, or consequences arising from incomplete, incorrect, or delayed information provided by the client.
Fees shall be as agreed in writing. Advance payments may be required on a case-to-case basis, depending on the nature of services. FinNomy reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Statutory taxes shall apply if and when applicable under law.
No refund shall be applicable once work has commenced, as a default policy. Any exception shall be at the sole discretion of FinNomy management, on a case-to-case basis. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
Minor changes may be accommodated at FinNomy’s discretion. Any material or major change in scope shall require a fresh quotation and written approval.
FinNomy may engage independent professionals or partners to perform services. Such professionals act under assignment from FinNomy and are bound by confidentiality and contractual obligations. FinNomy remains the primary point of contact for clients.
Certain services, including auditing, certifications, valuation, investment advisory, and other regulated activities, are performed exclusively by qualified professionals holding requisite licenses, registrations, or statutory approvals under applicable laws. FinNomy does not guarantee outcomes dependent on government authorities, regulatory bodies, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: FinNomy shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages; Total liability shall be limited to the fees actually received by FinNomy for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Client information shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with assigned professionals strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality obligations.
FinNomy may terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or legal reasons. Accrued fees shall remain payable.
Professionals engaging with FinNomy act as independent contractors. Nothing herein creates an employer–employee, partnership, or agency relationship.
Professionals agree to provide accurate and current information, including qualifications, expertise, and contact details. FinNomy may verify such information.
Work assignments shall be communicated separately by FinNomy. Each assignment may be governed by a Partner Engagement Letter / Work Order. FinNomy is not obligated to assign minimum or continuous work.
Professionals shall: Execute a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving any client data; Maintain strict confidentiality of client and FinNomy information; Use information solely for assigned work. These obligations shall survive termination.
Fees payable to professionals shall be as agreed per assignment. Payments shall be made by FinNomy, subject to completion, acceptance, and statutory deductions (if applicable).
Professionals shall: Perform services with due care, skill, and professionalism; Comply with applicable laws, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements; Not represent themselves as employees or agents of FinNomy.
All work products created under assignment shall vest with FinNomy or the client, as specified in the engagement terms subject to full payment of agreed fees.
FinNomy may terminate professional engagement at its discretion, including for breach, misconduct, or non-compliance.
By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts. If you are representing a business entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat and venue of arbitration: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Language: English. Courts at Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration.

FinNomy shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms or any specific engagement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").
Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to: Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters); War, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, or terrorist activities; Government orders, sanctions, embargoes, or restrictions (including lockdowns); Pandemics or epidemics; Interruptions or failures of electricity, internet service providers, or telecommunication networks; Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes.
In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, FinNomy shall notify the Client where feasible, and the timeline for service delivery shall be extended by a period reasonably necessary to overcome the delay.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinNomy, its partners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) Your use of the services; (b) Your violation of these Terms; (c) Any incorrect or illegal information provided by you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, that specific provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
FinNomy may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
